Cancellation Policy

At Salon LC we take pride in creating great hair and working with each guest to give them the custom look they dream of. With that being said, most customized cuts and colors take up a large portion of our schedule and therefore will require a card on file to book and hold all appointments. You will receive an automated confirmation text message three days prior to your appointment and we ask that you always confirm. We understand that life gets in the way sometimes and so we have a 24 hour cancellation policy which allows you to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you have not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your scheduled services will be charged to the card on file. A no show will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled services. A 15 minute grace period is allotted for any guests running late but please do your best to arrive for your appointment on time, if not early, to sit back and relax with a complimentary drink and a snack!
